Wednesday 27th September 1820 looks like the day before… same time of day for a walk in the gardens and same time for a ride in a carriage through the gum woods. The only small difference is that Napoleon walks alone at dusk in his small garden, accessible from his bedroom, which is called Marchand’s garden (see photo).
